Return and Refund Policy

At SILIM, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is carefully inspected and checked for irregularities before shipping to ensure it meets our highest standards.

Refunds are only eligible under the following circumstances:

• Product Irregularities or Damages: If your product arrives with manufacturing irregularities or damages, you may request a refund. Claims must be made immediately upon receiving the item, with supporting evidence provided.
• Non-Delivery Within Stated Timeframes: Refunds are valid only if your package has not been received within the following timeframes:
  • 15 business days for ready-made products.
  • 45 business days for custom-made orders shipped from our factory in the UAE.

Please note that refunds are not applicable for reasons outside the above conditions. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to our standards of excellence.

• Canadian Orders:
  • Ready-made products: Expected within 5 business days.
  • Custom-made orders: Expected within 20 business days (1 month).
• Middle East Orders:
  • Ready-made products: Expected within 5 business days.
  • Custom-made orders: Expected within 10 business days.

Please allow the full delivery timeframe to pass before requesting a refund for non-delivery, as outlined in our Refund Policy. This ensures adequate time for customs clearance, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
