Kandura/Dishdasha Measurement Form
Please provide the following measurements in inches or centimeters:
- Full Height – From the top of the head to the floor.
- Shoulder to Shoulder – Across the back from one shoulder bone to the other.
- Chest – Around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms.
- Waist – Around the natural waistline.
- Hips – Around the fullest part of the hips.
- Sleeve Length – From the edge of the shoulder down to the wrist.
- Armhole – Around the shoulder joint, under the armpit, and back.
- Wrist – Around the wrist bone. (Adjust wrist looseness to your liking.)
- Neck Circumference – Around the base of the neck.
- Neck to Floor – From the base of the neck down to the ankle.
- Kandura Length – Desired final length of the kandura (usually just above the ankle).
Measurement Guidelines:
- Always measure over light clothing to avoid bulk.
- Keep the measuring tape straight, snug but not tight.
- Allow 2.5 inches (≈6 cm) of ease in the chest, waist, and hips for comfort, airflow, and movement.
- For length, we recommend leaving the kandura slightly above the ankle to ensure elegance and practicality.
- Double-check all measurements before submission to guarantee a perfect fit.

Once your design is complete, you’ll submit your personal measurements to guarantee a perfect fit tailored exclusively for you. This process allows you to experience the art of true customization, blending timeless tradition with modern luxury.

Refunds are only eligible under the following circumstances:
- Product Irregularities or Damages: If your product arrives with manufacturing irregularities or damages, you may request a refund. Claims must be made immediately upon receiving the item, with supporting evidence provided.
- Non-Delivery Within Stated Timeframes: Refunds are valid only if your package has not been received within the following timeframes:
- 15 business days for ready-made products.
- 45 business days for custom-made orders shipped from our factory in the UAE.
